  1. I think it's because some people have a lot of money invested into swimbaiting, so emotions are closer to the cuff with some people.
  2. Weedless Huddleston 68. If the top is clear then shellcracker g2, ms slammer, deps buzzjet, etc
  3. Just got it! Going to throw it at the delta tomorrow
  4. Heres an older thread on Nation: http://www.swimbaitunderground.com/nationtal ... =6&t=21781 Honestly, for spending that much money I would rather get a proven bait like the 250.
  5. I saw his swimbaits on ebay earleir this year. Tried looking him up a while ago, saw lots of complaints about poor customer service and their lures breaking. Heres a thread on another forum I just found on google: http://swimbaitunderground.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1071
  6. I've had 2 bites on mine, line snapped on the second bite and I lost it. Replaced it a month ago but haven't had anything go for it since. I like the action though, going to take it to the delta soon and should have better luck there
  7. On the shuttle to work today, I saw a guy in a pickup truck on the freeway driving to Half Moon Bay or Pacifica. He had his wheel cart setup with a few rods in the bed of his pickup. I wanted to take a picture but he got stuck behind in the traffic.
  8. I have the 908, loads well with my mother. I mainly use it for throwing the mother, 250's and my water wolf cam
  9. Ah ok, the pic he showed me had a boot tail, so I guess its a sinker
  10. Anyone have any info on the old 12 inch hudds? May be able to grab one from a friend and wanted to know if they were as good as the 8 inch or 68. I searched but couldn't find any info here besides a brief mention that there used to be 12 inch hudds made
  11. May have found a facebook page for them, but this company is called AR Lures US (maybe they rebranded or its just a different company) https://www.facebook.com/ARLURESUS Maybe you can find your lure on there?

    WTT mother

A mother trap? PM me, I have one and am interested in a trade.
  13. Grab 'em while their still there!
  14. You should check out Rafacustombaits instagram/facebook page. He's got lots of his custom paint jobs on there.
  15. Be careful. Check the website to make sure its a legit business or if it's a forum/auction site make sure they have good feedback.
  16. Anyone pick one up yet? Mine is coming in later today, will try and post some commentary on it and functionality this weekend.
  17. Out of stock already. Good thing I placed my order last night! Hopefully will receive it by this weekend.
  18. Me too I see no need to change line every few trips. Well it's the same line I spooled on back in march or april during the start of the season. I normally don't change my line every few trips, unless I am throwing my mother or other big baits. But that's just because I would rather waste $15 line than a swimbait that costs 15-20x as much
  19. Bass Pro XPS line, 10lb, and was using a 6th sense flow glider 140 that got lost to Del Valle. Was coming back to the launch ramp when I decided to throw it on my baitcaster that I usually use for buzzjets and other small lures. Got the bite a few seconds after reeling it in, he shook it a few times, then snap. I've been kind of careless with that rod (fenwick nighthawk w/ pfleuger reel) since I got my 2 dobyns (908/806) for swimbaits, and I don't think I have changed the line in a few months.
  20. Don't be like me, I lost a good fish and lure this weekend by forgetting to change my line. Snapped right after the bite
  21. You can try the Daiwa DX swimbait rods. They are like $109 on tackle warehouse. The XXH is rated for 4-15 oz. Haven't really heard anything about them yet, I think they came out during or after iCast this year. My friend was looking to get one
  22. 6th Sense flow glider 140, deps 175
