    Like it said above I have all kinds of high end baits and no boat. Looking for a regular fishing partner male or female. Will split all fees and throw in 1 JDM bait per trip. I live in Grass Valley,CA so I'm about 20min. from Engelbrite and Bullards Barr first person to take me out at either lake gets a night stalker hudd and a vision 110. About me: Ret. Army medic likes rock,blues & Korean BBQ I also have 10 fishtanks. Easy to get along with as long as you are not a Methhead,racist or hyper religious nut!

    Time for the Ichthyologist to chime in. It sounds more like they are trying to clear gill flukes and Bass do not breech like Whales to feed. Next time you catch 1 check the gills for black or brown spots and red lesions on the gills. And filter feeding Whales do not feed on micro plankton the bulk of there diet is Krill.

    If you have a Cabelas near you I can always find a few on sale there,check the bins.

    Have you tried oval split rings? This solved the problem for me.

    It starts reacting at 68 degrees so maybe out here in California it will work with our warm water But I agree with Waynem in that it may be a waste of time. But I have the paint so I'm going to try it anyway.

    I have some paint from the same people that make mood rings. But the color change is temp dependent it also goes on clear so this should be interesting. I'm going to ask one of the top guys on this board to do it being as I have no painting skills and want it done right. Any recommendations? On who to ask.

    It's not albino it has a black eye. It's what is called a Xanthic morph. I'm an Ichthyologist look it up if you don't be leave me.
