People like you make people like me feel better for not catching fish all the time either lol... If someone who knows as much as you do has days like that it just proves we don't have the fish all figured out.. I like that they have a level playing field. Makes me feel more accomplished when I conquer.

Lol all my stuff came in two days ago.

I just got a new slammer 9in and .. First did the usual tracking corrections .. And then fished it for the first time yesterday... Got slammed by what looked to be my PB in open water when my head was turned because I wasn't such a "believer" in the bait yet and wasn't expecting action so soon.. When I turned my head the bass was in air throwing my slammer... I continue fishing and I'm someone who checks the bait and knot and line as I fish ... As I would do this I'd notice the hooks (9in single joint) would catch each other this making them almost impossible to hook a fish if it struck... I'd fix it and it would go away for some casts then return .. About 30min after the first fish another huge bass short bites me like 5fg away and we play the initial tug of war but he gets free as well... 2 fish costed now... And the hook issue continues.. I got hit and missed again and decided to come to you guys for help before I go crazy at big fish eating a bait I can't seem to keep em hooked on... While I keep seeing hook issues Anyone have this issue or the fix? Also what do I need in total tools included to change the hooks out pls and thanks .
