I’ve fished my fair share of big inshore reels dealing with snook in Florida and I am in love with the tranx 400 .. it’s ok good I’m debating taking it to the next Dry Tortugas trip I go on to slow pitch jig for monster polagics with it

Took my bull rat out for the first time today . No bites but it does take some tuning and getting used to out of the package . Or at least mine did . I also have a spro and feel like they both have different purposes and would recommend both .

I really like it . It does well in muddy in clear in grass in wooded cover . I’ve never been able to hang it up . It also doubles as a super slow wake bait and the hook up ratio on it has been awesome . I’m not sure the hooks though sticky will be up to the task of a giant if you’re using heavy drag or wenching her hard . That’s my impression of the bait thus far
