Yeah, she smashed it good. almost dislocated my shoulder on the hook set, those I-rods are broomsticks! good thing i had a 7.1 to keep up with her after i got her out of the structure, hook was buried good tho. WAY FUN!

Thought I posted a reply, but maybe it didn't go through. I live in Central California. I was told that this particular lake has The Northern strain, small mouths and short chunkier bodies. Not being known for begin a particularly epic BIG swim bait fishery. This fish however seemed to have no problems choken this bait down at all.
