I haven't tried the 200 but i own a couple of the 168ss. They work very well for me. I know as far as tips go, it depends on the day. You can rip them, glide them slowly, slow roll/creep them, anything you can imagine. Tacticalbassin on youtube has a couple great videos about the bait and you can see a couple of ways he works it and how he matches the hatch for some giant limits of bass. Hope this helps!
