What I've learned is that I like hudds during winter. So I order them. Yes, I have had several that most likely shouldn't have passed quality control. But its so easy to mod a hudd and mend that it. I've got multiple ROF 0 I had to buy in a pinch and I drilled into the hudd and used tungsten nail weights to get the ROF I want, then glue in. Just make sure you use a vice and preferably a drill press/steady hand to drill straight in. Same goes for drilling an RC antenna tube into your hudd, mount BB hook in antenna and lasts forever.

Still no Ragos at my door. I'll give it another week before I call it quits and open a dispute with PayPal.

Yo, I believe my rago weedless order has been lost. I can't get in touch with Danny through fb, email nor Instagram. Been three weeks. Anyone help a brother out? I get he has a life, not trying to put him on blast. Just want the swimbaits! Any help is appreciated! Hunter

Smashtech has been around for a good while, this is nothing new. They have had products quite similar to 316 for some time. Their plastic is much softer than Mickeys and does not last near as long. Being in Texas near both these companies, tackle shops have both of them and I don't have any Smashtechs anymore. If you want one weedless swimbait that can do it all, get the Rising Son. Its not the best at everything but it can do it all. I prefer the rising son in most situations where I might burn it, wake it, drag it, etc.. I wanted to hurt puppies trying to learn how to rig the rising son, took me a few times and screwing some up to learn. Once you get it, sick ass lure to fish shallow. The rago is a different bait to me. Its meant to be slow rolled only IMO. I have gotten some big bites on the Rago 7.5" creeping it. The Rago isn't as versatile as rising son but its the best slow roll, hard thump 10/0 weedless swimbait. If I'm night fishing a weedless, its the rago hands down. too fun. Get both. See what you like, everyone has a different fishing style.

I like frogs, jerkbaits, cranks, big worms, big tubes and I dropshot a lot. Another one of my new favorites, get a light jerkbait rod and throw a 1/8oz chatterbait with a little curly tail grub trailer. Throw on 8lb test and have fun!
