Not sure why you want to bend out the hook.... are you having hookup issues? As for the leaners. I would first boil the hudd and hang it vertical to make sure the tail is straight. Then if it still isn't swimming right I've used 1/32 tungsten nail weights on the opposite side its leaning. Place them in the belly. Once its swimming right, glue them in. Seems to me like you're not too worried about the weedless aspect of the bait. If thats so, I'd highly recommend a line through or matt lures top hook. If you search the site... many people have issues with the hudd gills swimming poorly.

Hey, up for sale is my 3 month old(yes I have proof of purchase) Moam custom. It is a 8'3 Phoenix Diamond Hybrid blank, the 838MH in a split grip and Fuji seat. I really like the rod, extremely clean and has little to no scuffs. Always used a rod sleeve. THE SHIMANO TRANX IS NOT FOR SALE. I paid 339.00 for the rod. I have the tube it came in and will ship it in the same tube wrapped to hell in bubble wrap. 300 plus shipping. No trades for now. Thanks

I've had my Tranx 400 on two trips now, love it for throwing my big glides. Very smooth reel and am very happy with my purchase. I will say the 400 is big in a small package, it took an entire spool of 25lb sunline.

Looking to sell or trade my Revo Toro S 50 right hand. It's been on my moam tossing glides for the 6 months I've had it. 9/10 cosmetic and 10/10 mechanically. Replaced the cast control bearing with a ceramic bearing. Reel can bomb baits. Will trade for a Daiwa coastal or some other fast ratio reel. Otherwise 175tyd Text if you want other pics. Four six nine 995-5691

I prefer to throw cheaper glides when shore bangin in case I get hung, I'll just snap it off and tie another. That being said the 168 and Shiner Glide do work.
