    I second big slant, iRod large. The shorter handle makes walking the punker a breeze. Plus you can use that rod for many other things as well. I love mine after I got used to the handle.

    Ah, well it's a good thing the frog bite has been hotter than a stripper on a mid day pole. I do want to try and fish these like a frog though, trying it this weekend.

    Thanks fellas, I know I could fit them in cab but I'll have people with me. I'm looking for a way to have them outside the cab and locked up so I could leave truck and not worry.

    Slammer catches fish. How fast are you reeling it? What line? Are you letting it sit there after the enormous entrance splash? I let mine sit until ripples are gone, 15ish seconds. Mess with rod snaps but honestly, I get bit the most on a slow steady retrieve with random pauses.

    Getting rid of my 4Runner and getting a Tacoma. When I go to ranches and what not, I do not bring my boat and I just throw rods in 4Runner. Now I have a 5ft bed that can't fit my 8ft rods. Anyone know of lockable system I can buy for a roof rack? Not looking to spend more than 800ish on a setup. I have a Gobi roof rack waiting to be installed so I'm thinking something I attach to a roof rack that can be locked. Thanks for any help.

    I'm all for the craze that most of us partake in. I just did it with the phoneyfrog shad... That guy just blew up with orders. I don't care what people buy, not my money nor will I waste energy caring. Now you collectors are like an ugly redheaded step child but I still love you too. Just not as much.

    Hey guys, baby wake is shad color. I'd say its in 8/10. Some teeth marks and hook rash. Nothing bad, swims perfect. Looking for a wake jr. Let me know. Will post pics in a bit

    Everytime I sent Randall a message asking about an update on the unicorn meat he always replied within the day. Ya the wait sucks but it's worth it. I never once was worried about my money nor the quality of the product I received. Glad you're doing well Randall

    I use this one, works well. I will say if you're around wood, the BPS one probably isn't best. A heavier knocker would be better to get through the branches etc.

    At night I throw black, because I have confidence in black at night. Daytime I throw bass color, again because I have confidence in the color. As evil catfish said, get a color you like. A slammer is more dependent on the area you're fishing, accurate casts and retrieval than color.

    I'm actually going to buy a pizz, see what its like. I just got the 9" hph and its great. Deps, HPH, pizz and triple trout would be ones I'd look at. Even though the TT isn't a true glide it catches fish.

    So I got the deps lip weight, fits great and is super easy to glue in. I used the same Magic Eye 2/0 hooks and #5 owner hyper wire split rings that John listed. All I can say is wow, the swim after I did these changes is unreal. Doesn't nose up one bit and I will probably shave off a little material from the lip weight as it really sinks now. It is still responsive to snaps and glides great, I'd try the weight if you're looking to add some weight.

    Nah man, I don't think they were placed in package like that. It arrived in a soft bubble envelope and I bet it got smashed while in transit. Again, only looking for information on how to straighten tails not questioning how they package them.
