I'm heading up to Tahoe for xmas. I've heard of bass spawning in the keys, but not much info about winter.. Thinking about dedicating to the 250 or ABT whole time. Anyone have some winter information they're willing to give up? Would be appreciated.

I had this same exact problem. Had the reel for 3 months and worked great... until one day had an extreme lockup/backlash. Reel has never been the same since. Sent it back to manufacturer.
