Been doing well with the Jackall Gantarel, dont hear much about them here very often. And at $40 they seem to be about 1/3 the cost of many baits I see posted..

Looking at both on tacklewarehouse the "A" version is very clearly stated as one year warranty now..

Last week I was able to get out and give the Gantarel some time and hooked this guy in the first 10 mins out... Somehow the treble hook had him with 2 of the barbs so took some time to get him free without damage. Was so anxious to get it back in the water I may have taken the worst picture ever which is too bad he was decent size.. Something to laugh at on a Wednesday...

Has anyone replaced their hooks yet and if so may I ask what you have used? I lost 2 today and barely brought a 3rd in and one of the points on the rear is already bent. Thanks!

Hooked this one in a local pond earlier in the week. Caught off a paddle tail. Not a big bait but after getting skunked for over a month I'll take it. No scale but largest I've caught and plenty of room to go up!
