  1. Looking for any reviews on these swimbaits. Thanks in advance
  2. In a machine watching lightning strikes wondering how crazy the bite must be at this moment

  3. Awesome, that's what I thought. The reason I bring it up is when I see most swimbait videos they seem to be easy reeling in open water
  4. Over the years I have had success ripping spinnerbaits and rattletraps through grass and weeds. The bite usually comes after the resistance and then the pull, the bait usually gets smashed. Fishing thsee larger swimbaits do you guys try to replicate this application or are you swimming them with various retrievals through clear water?
  5. I fished Okeechobee with a guide last year, they ran blue swim baits, bruiser swim baits. Kind if a rigid tube set weeddless. The bite may have slowed, idk now but it was working
  6. My problem now is getting my hands on a pats perch. It sometime comparable.
  7. Thanks guys, I appreciate the response. It is always great to get input. I fish the slop here in Massachusetts, either on top or punching through the mat. I'm not tired if it but everyone does it and the bigger fish are getting harder to catch that way.
  8. For years I have stuck to mostly the same system of fishing. It is in my comfort zone. Topwater in the morning and in heavy cover, worms in the afternoon and mix in swimbaits. My patience gets tested when fishing sb as I often go an hour or more without getting a fish. Often times I get similar fish by throwing baits I am used to. That being said how many of you get tired of throwing it for periods of time and how do you know when it's just time to move on. I mean with larger swimbaits.
