as said before, the bbb is just a private company, not a govt agency, they merely rely on the company to respond to the complaint, but hold no recourse. Not buying hudds is the only real answer here.

I contacted them thru the website, it took a couple days but he got back to me. Good luck with their customer service, I didnt have a positive experience with them.
