    You beat to a post like this... I too, contacted Nick about a minor issue and was sent a shipping label immediately. Got an email from Nick 2 days later letting me know he just shipped a brand new replacement bait. It's nice to know there are businesses out there that go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and standing behind their product.
