I bought this a really long time ago in Vegas at the bass pro shops. These are really nice, high end topwater lures. $15 shipped. There’s a really cool video of Blair Wiggins throwing high rollers for peacocks. Check it out- https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CaKQDvRcRUA And here’s my listing. The lure is in excellent shape. https://m.ebay.com/itm/Riproller-5-5-Topwater-Lure-from-High-Roller-Lures-Halloween-Colored-Mint/222869196270

Just figured it out. The company is called High Roller. I was thinking it had something to do with gambling, I just couldn’t put my finger on it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CaKQDvRcRUA

I meant peacock bass, not roosterfish. Hahah!! Anyway, the wood choppers I see online say wood chopper on the bottom. This doesn’t have that.
-
They are similar, though.

No, don’t think so. It was a small company that sort of had edgy marketing.

I bought this lure st the bass pro in Vegas because I thought it was badass. Now I’m looking to sell it bro can’t rememeber what it’s called or what the brand is. It was a high end lure and I think I’ve seen an episode of Blair Wiggins throwing them for roosterfish on the amazon.

Another Swimbait Walleye and a PB Largemouth

This guy watched me catch the walleye and then fished for an hour or so and didn’t get any. So, I handed him a couple caffeine shads and told him to dropshot them. He got one soon after....he was stoked and so was I. -

I fished a swimn caffeine shad on a dropshot, today. The first cast I got a nice bass but I lost it and was super bummed. I kept fishing and landed one. It’s definitley my pb for public waters. I threw on a 168 s waver in lite trout and on the first cast, again, I got bit. This time it was a decent walleye-probably 22 inches or so. Had a good day...

No worries, brother. I appreciate your interest and enthusiasm....I’ve gotten some other species on the s waver but the one I’ll mever forget is a big laker that got away after I hooked it and thought I was snagged for about five seconds until she started moving. Literally the same exact lure....I love the 168 s waver. I think it’s a good all around sb to throw and it’s reltifely cheap and good quality...

That lure is just under 7 inches for refercne...it’s the 168mm

Ok. I wasn’t sure cuz that first fish was on a glide bait so i thought you might have been talking about something else. It was just under 29
-
Gliders as in glide baits? I feel like you’re referring to something else but not sure....

Got it on a husky jerk...

Regarding the walleye and sb question, this wasn’t on a sb, but it definitely helps answer your question.

I will say that I threw jerkbaits at this spot for literally days upon days worth of hours and never caught one over 24. I had nights where I’d get like nine or ten fish all from 21-24 but no real big ones. The amount of time I’ve thrown lather swimbaits there is negligible in comparison. I think that says something about big lures...

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I’ve gotten them on the smaller s wavers but overall, my experience chasing them with big sbs is fairly limited, especially compared to people like the guy above me. He taught me what I know and got me started...
