  2. Nice fish, maybe a decoy quatro on top? Just for the sake of more hook points
  3. From what I've heard about this rod, 4-8 ounce baits may be its sweet spot but I've heard it will throw baits down to 2 ounces well, I'm also considering this rod because of its versatility.

  5. Like title says, have baits to trade accordingly, thanks.
  6. I love my klash 9 in silver flash low float with the lip out and tail down, it is a fun bait to fish and it can get a nice glide with the reel and puts off a ton of flash
  7. Currently falling in love with this color, dont get me wrong I love all my jr.'s but this color just flat out produces for me. No giants yet, but I've caught them in heavy stain, chocolate milk, and even water with about 8 feet of visibility which was a surprise. Using a 13 fishing omen black 2 7' 0' mh with tatula ct and 15 lbs. big game.Slow retrieval with twitches and they crush it, some even gag on it.
  8. I have fished all my life but about 5 years ago with an old zebco 33 and rooster tail I caught my first 5 pound bass, and thought, "wow I didn't know they got this big." I got really into bass fishing going out whenever I could wherever I could, constantly researching techniques and bass behavior because I always strive to be the best at what I do, I learned so much just from the internet because none of my immediate family were into it like I am, I learned how to use a baitcaster, how to fish a jerkbait, how to fish at night, and many other things. But I still felt the need for something that would be exciting and intense. Then about 2 years ago one day while talking about fishing to a guy on my wrestling team he asked me if I knew what a huddleston deluxe was, this was literally just after I bought a 6 inch hudd off tw and it was over from there, we both dove into the swimbait game even though we had never had first hand experience, we learned as much as we could on youtube and forums, and then with experience. Even though everyone thinks we are crazy for spending over 20 bucks on a bait and with them being so big, I love the thrill and almost panic that comes from going hours grinding away to suddenly having a toad crush my swimbait at the boat, nothing else like it to me. My whole life revolves around fishing and I have honestly surprised myself with just how far I have come from being just a kid with a couple of old baits that I had no idea how to fish and just hoping for a bite, to having a vast arsenal of baits, rods, and reels. I have caught more big fish on swimbaits in the past year than I have in my entire life of conventional gear. Just goes to show if you really strive for your goals, you can do just about anything.
