hey guys, I haven't owned a bull shad but just bought one off someone on a FB group (new in bag) just questioning the condition of the bait. I know some reviews say its a rough looking bait which I can see that part with the texture but is the bottom supposed to look like it was dragged over rocks? the nose has piece chipped, tail is chipped up, but like I said most concerning is the bottom missing paint to where you can see where rods go thru... is this normal for brand new? I know its going to happen fishing it etc, just questioning because I paid almost new price for a "brand new" bait. thanks guys! can upload pictures later if need be.
