On my last complaint I had them look up my purchase history, to date I've made over ninety orders, including another this weekend bringing the totals into the tens of thousands. So my history suggests I absolutely support them, and with that much activity the odds are you can run into issues. I expect that to a degree, the issues I refuse to accept are ones for example a csr claimed to actually have a package in his hand ready to be shipped, only to find out later it never even left. My poor wife has had the task of dealing with them too,, haha, I felt sorry for them! But all in all, 80% of the time there's no issue and I'll continue to support. I'd have to agree though "poppa bass", you should be contacting the actual manufacturer for issues, rather than the retailer, I think you'd get better results

Sir I can relate. I have undoubtedly had some of the worst experiences known to mankind with TW's customer service. Everything from blatant lies regarding package departures, to complete failure to help me out with missing packages. Everytime is a similar situation, he said/he said situation. Usually seem like inconsiderate younger surfer guy who sound higher than a kite,, I always end up going right to the management to handle things recently, although that's not much more productive. Yet I continue to shop there, they seem to have a great selection, and convenient ordering, , just stinks that their CS has plummeted over the years. There was a time they had top notch service! I'm new here, so they regulate posts the members right on, on here?

On a boat I'm hoping? Target areas that have slow steady transitioning banks. There's still some good healthy post spawners protecting fry, you'll want to "blind" fish them. Use bluegill or small bass pattern glide baits to cover boarder areas, use swimmer/freestyle types for more specific spots. The idea is to just bring the bait near in a threatening fasion, and induce that predatory strike from those bigger mamas! Whacky rigged senkos are always a great ticket also. Be prepared for lots of company on the water this weekend, haha

Disturbed, Tool, Scorpions, Megadeath,, Eagles, Bad Co., Joe Walsh, Ramones... you get the idea, pretty much most classic rock, metal, 80s punk. What I cannot stand,, rap! Especially blaring off of wakeboard boats! Just don't get this younger crowd

Well don't be discouraged brother. It actually took me years to figure out a bite during the tough conditions. Berryessa, my home lake can get pretty crazy too, but one nice thing about inclement weather, is that it gets the fish concentrated. CL can definitely be one of the tougher most effected waters for us NorCal guys. Because of the shallow water, the fish are more directly effected by pressure changes. But that's when we can use nature to our advantage, bring out the predatory response of a bass! There's always protection from the wind there, whether it be along the north, or down in the southern bays,, but I find that when I can just get out there and battle the conditions, actually make good presentations without backlashes, inadvertent casts the wrong direction, etc,, that the payoff is worth it! For the original poster,, I'd suggest finding pockets in weeds that have fry, there's always somebody nearby protecting those lil guys!

What..? No mention of swimbaits for the winning strategy! CL can get to be a really nasty place during a storm,, Pickle, did you pull off the banks far enough? The bigger 5+ fish will always head for 20' or deeper on those rough days, like Chad pointed out in the video.

Good to know,, I was wondering what I was maybe doing wrong,, I have tried to modify the lip, and coming close to more of a wake style,, make it more like a Nez perhaps.

I happened to get one of these in a trade,, I love the detail, but I cannot seem to get mine to swim correct,, I thought it was more to be like a wake style, but seems to want to crank down Any advice? Or is it doing what it's designed, thank you
