    Justin, I don't think you're a bad guy at all. I'm not lying and have zero reason to do so. Unfortunately the rod was broken in the mail and there was difficulty in communication getting the piece of the rod I needed back for warranty. I even sent you $12 to cover the shipping of the rod piece I needed. I do not know how you believe you got the short end of the deal. As I stated, I'm not mad at you or think you're a bad guy.

    Rough morning with the wake here. Last night we had over 5" of rain and my local lake rose 4 feet. Then it dropped that 4 feet while I was on the water for a few hours. The fish were not thrilled about it.

    I was going to trade him an irod for one of his baits, sent the rod to him and it was destroyed in the mail. Asked him to return it so I could warranty it and that whole process took about 3 difficult weeks of communication and excuses. I decided to not continue with the trade afterward.

    I'm looking at training my MOAM Psycho (trebled) 3-8oz rod for a Maniac XL or something in the XXL category. This rod is in excellent condition and has only been out a few times. It's 8ft long and spiraled to the right. I love this rod but have too many rods capeable of throwing the same baits. I need something to throw the big stuff. I'm only looking to trade at this point for something in the 8' - 8'3" range. Not interested in selling but if you must make a cash offer I'll entertain it. Let me know if you have questions! This is the factory completed picture. The rod is damn near the same condition now and I'll send more detailed pictures to people interested.

    I primarily fish this 40 or so acre lake because it's close to home and always has good visibility. The down side is there is a very large amount of fishing pressure and I've never landed a fish over 2 lbs....until today. I launched the kayak yesterday morning and started off tossing a wood punker. Third cast this fish blew up on it just off a lilly line. She went 3.06 and clearly needs to eat some more. I would think she's a solid 4 lb fish in the spring and when she feeding heavy. 19.5" and skinny! I also pulled another 3lber in a short time later fishing a pizz carp glide in about 18 feet of water over some large limestone boulders. To top it all off I recovered my OG bloody carp I broke off on a poor cast the week prior. It's good to know there are some better fish in this body of water. Now I'm very interested in seeing just how big they are getting in here!
