Hey guys I am new to the forum and to swimbait fishing. I have been a fisherman most of my life and strayed away from bass fishing over the past couple years to chase trout, pike, salmon, and carp. Well this year I got back into bass fishing, back to where i cut my teeth. Now after finding this forum I have gotten into swimbait fishing. Right now I only own one wake bait the BBZ Rat and one swimbait the BBZ trout jr. I have only gotten a couple 3lbers on the rat so far but it is addicting throwing these big baits and I plan on stocking up over the winter and grabbing myself a small aluminum boat so I can hit different waters around my area.
Enough about me. I was wondering what you guys thought about the drought that is happening in the Northeast and how you think it will affect the survival rate of the fish this winter? It has been a little more difficult finding fish as of late as they are not in their usual areas of the lake I fish. I assume this is due to the low water conditions.
Anyway this forum is great, a lot of awesome information and I love seeing all of these giant bass being caught.
