thanks dude! best part of kayak fishing is having the big girls move you around, and she did just that!
-
Had a great day yesterday ended up only catching 2 fish but one happened to be a new PB for me at 7lbs 10oz and over 23 inches. Unfortunately It's tough to get great photos out of a kayak all while your hands are shaking with excitement but I will attach a few. It ended up being my first Hudd fish. A bait I have no confidence in and until yesterday have never had a bite on. Well after reading numerous posts hear I stuck with it yesterday and this fish was exactly where a big fish should be. Positioned right on a steep point. The Hudd made it half way up the point before she smacked it! Needless to say I'll be throwing the Hudd some more!

took advantage of the overcast morning and tossed the 9 inch slammer. Caught this 5lb 15 oz chunk and had a larger one throw the bait.

Went out yesterday morning while it was overcast and threw the 9'" slammer targeting the outside of weed beds. Started off with a few small bass then got slammed by this nice 6lb 9oz bass. Caught a few more including a 5 lb 11oz and lost two others in the 6 lb range near the boat. All in all a great day and it only makes me more addicted to throwing big swimbaits in NH! Still waiting for that 7+ fish..... I cant seem to get over the 6 pound hump! I guess that's not a bad problem to have though!

awesome fish!

the Ganteral is working well! Nice Fish!
-
Throwing the ganteral today got this six pound even bass. Waiting for that 7 plus to finally hit this bait.
-

combo of slow but steady retrieve with a twitch or two thrown in seems to be working. and I am located in southern nh.

@johnnnydukess I was throwing the Rt Bluegill color. I wish I ordered More when I did as I see they are getting hard to find

Started throwing swimbaits exclusively this spring here in NH. Had great luck last week with an S Waver and got a 4.6 and a 5.5 lb largemouth. I Tried fishing the new Jackal Ganteral this week and loved it the two biggest on the GAnteral were 6.1 and 4.12. I cant wait to see what the rest of the spring brings up here in NH! the first pic is the 6.1 and the second is the 4.12.
