    Your a few hours from mead. But echo bay is on the north end and there is tons of shore access around there. I dont know when spring break is but they are fairly heavy pre-spawn right now. Smallmouth and largemouth and mostly dink striper. Pm me if you want. I fish that area often

    Where I live its mandatory to have enough life jackets on board to the amount of passengers so the boat owner is obligated to have them. Im guilty of not wearing one ever. (Bad habit I know) but Ive always got 2 in the boat regardless. As far as a back decker if you say wear it they need to or get off the boat. Simple as that
