I came across these recently and was wondering what the purpose of glowing under UV light was? Anybody have any experience or knowledge with this bait???

Hey guys. I'm looking for good all around swimbait setup. This will be my first and probaly only dedicated swimbait combo for a while. I'm interested in the Muse Black rod in the 8'6" length. Heavy power. I like the 8'6" due to fishing primarily from the bank. My question is, how well would this rod perform with a lighter lure such as a 6" Hudd. I'll also want to throw bigger baits but would also like to be able to throw smaller stuff and needed. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
