  1. I ordered in March and received a tracking number in June after inquiring. It has not shipped and I have received no response via email. The order was for an "in stock" bait. This is by far the worst customer service that I've experienced. I had an issue with an East Coast maker but I did receive the bait after inquiry. I have bought swimbaits from all over the world without major issues. It is very frustrating but I'm an old guy that expects people to do the right thing and/or communicate when a delay is expected. I would have expected a build delay but ordered an "in stock" bait.
