Wondering if people prefer throwing a stinger hook on their 8 inch huds or just having the jig hook. Also for stinger hook users do you connect the treble straight to the jug hook or do you have a little bit of line between the two

I like the blood knot too but i find it hard to use with stiffer lines. And i also got the idea of throwing a 30 pound leader because of the tactical bassin guys

I typically use 65 pound braid to 30 pound mono but I’m a new swimbait angler looking for some advice I usually only throw small glide baits and swimbaits and some huds What are some good leader knots for braid to mono? Also how long should the leader be ?
