@BigOPigSlayer The traveling 316 post reminds me of an idea I had a couple of years back, The Fastest 48. Not sure there’d be enough interest, maybe? Same concept as the traveling 316, but limited to one participant per state. The goal isn’t volume or size, rather completion. Receive bait, catch, photograph, release, ship. It’d take some planning, starting and ending in the southern states, but I thought it’d be an interesting challenge and cool to complete. A bait that’s bagged one in all 48. Say the biggest fish keeps the bait or maybe some sorta prize for recognition. I don’t know, just a way to shake up the traveling bait.
