  1. Lol did you buy that on Tackletour? I asked about it last week no one seems to know anything.
  2. Anyone tried there glide baits yet? I follow a YouTuber who was throwing one. Thanks
  3. Curious on this bait. It looks cool. Saw it on Hooked up tackle but no. I thing about it
  4. What kind of leader knot do you use? I used braid briefly on a spinning reel to fluorocarbon leader but had problems with the Albright I think was the knot...anyway that’s why I stopped using braid I just couldn’t trust the connection.
  5. Getting an 8’ rod that he has rated as 3-8 oz. I will mainly be throwing 2-6 ounces but may occasionally throw a 7 or 8 oz bait.
  6. I'm having my first swimbait rod built right now by Moamsticks and am looking for a reel for it. I have several in mind but I have a Tatula SV TW that is new in box. Would it hold enough line? I'm thinking by estimating it should hold around 75-85 yards of 20# Mono. I plan to mostly use 17-20# line.
  7. Off topic, but I don't want to muddy up the forum with another thread... I can't figure out how add an avatar. Anyone know where that option is? Thanks
  8. Thanks man!! I've been watching Tactical Bassin and crazybassfishers youtube channels on swimbaits and found some content on hook selection. I thought the Owner ST-36's looked nice!

    Awesome fish man
  10. Love spots and smallies! Wish we had better ones where I live:(
  11. When you get new hard swimbaits what all hardware needs replaced? I see people replacing hooks and swivels...but what kinds are the most recommended? I was thinking thinner hooks but tough enough to not bend... Also am I supposed to put a swivel or clip on the front of the bait to prevent line twist or fish them right on the ring? Thanks guys!!
