  1. What’s a price for the hph?
  2. I picked one up in a trade locally. It’s the #005 trout color. I’ll have to get out and see how it fishes.
  3. Anyone here have much experience throwing the geecrack Rasta man?
  4. Have a bull Shad 4x4 (gizzard) and WCZ citizen 7’s to trade.
  5. I fish all the same lakes I fish conventional tackle with swimbaits too. I only have one trout lake near me but aside from that the bass’s main forage other than crawfish are Shad and bluegill in my area. Because of that i won’t believe a single person that tells me they won’t eat a swimbait in any of the lakes in the Midwest. Some people don’t have the patience to learn a foreign technique of fishing and they are missing out. Once you start getting bites and putting fish in the boat you can really start putting the puzzle pieces together
  6. I’m not brand new into swimbaiting but I’m just now getting more serious and dedicated to it. Something I struggled with for a while was trying to find my own style. I have more baits that haven’t ever hit the water than I do baits that I’ve caught fish on. This year something just clicked and I have started to find my own style and understand what it is I like about some baits and what I don’t like about others and when and where I like to fish certain baits. That alone has made me a much better swimbait fisherman than watching any video or reading any article. I feel like new guys into swimbaiting like myself tend to get too carried away with the hype baits out right now and what everyone else is catching fish on, and we forget to think about what baits will fit into our style of fishing we already have for conventional tackle and the lakes we fish.
