  11. Don't sleep on canoes, obvously they're self powered but can be rigged with a trolling motor too. I know they have a stigma of being old fashioned and crude but I have a sportspal 14 footer that'll fish two comfortably, me and my bud bring 4rods a piece plus tackle, any more more rods than that gets a little hard to manage. When by myself I can bring a crap ton of gear with me, I usually bring 5-8 rods, plus a 3700 bag and a giant plano cargo tub which doubles as my bench seat when solo, and I still have room to stand, plus it's very stable and it's uni-directional meaning I can just turn around allowing me to fish as well as fight fish 360° (big advantage), try that with a kayak. I own the exact same canoe as Keepin it reel fishing, he's got an in depth video he made around 5 years ago on his youtube channel, it convinced me to get one. I don't regret it one bit, I'll never go back to that kayak sitting position while fishing, my back and butt thanks me every trip, but then again I'm 52, probably not an issue for you young guns. It's also very light (sub 60lbs) I have no issue hoisting it by pressing it overhead onto my 4runner, loads and unloads are easy by myself.
  12. Good ol fashioned duct tape oughta do it #redneckognize
