Went out the other day before the rain hit and got a chunk right away. Missed another chunk and a true sj pig on a work horse right afterwards but bass fishing in sj is tuff right now so I’ll take it

I’ve got the 9” in perch and I’m waiting for my 7 inch to get here in the mail I don’t know about north jersey but south dosent have Alot of shad lakes so perch n gill are some of my favorite patterns nice fish bro

Got done work alittle before 2am decided to stop n toss the 3:16 gill around , a few cast in and I got whacked the better fish are starting to eat again but dang they’re skinny

Decided too go toss a citizen and a gas rat this afternoon and got the citizen hung up on some submerged cover so in I went and retrieved my bait I tear about 10 ft of line off n tie it back on two cast later I hook into a toady and boy she put up a fight then to make things even better my 3:16 perch arrived and I get a message that my 3:16 gill n BGC glide are in the mail wish all Monday’s were like this

Sometimes it really does some of my best fish are from the bank blows my mind sometimes

I live in NJ and fish big baits like the rest of you guys but I use them for larg mouth and I’m wanting to target some striper in the Delaware Bay which has a wicked current n I don’t know which baits will stand up too blues an striper any tips would be great
