I've used a lot of different setups for the k9 , it's my go too bait! I am happiest with medium heavy lowdown custom, paired with Calcutta conquest DC 200 , has great load up I haven't lost nearly as many fish with the medium heavy versus the heavy or extra heavy, good luck man! It's a great setup for that bait!
