Is Buyee showing you that the Package is in Chicago or where are you seeing that the Package is in Chicago?

There is an Option when you make your Bid to “Ship Directly” which means the Person in Japan that sells the Product will ship directly to you and Not to Buyee Warehouse. I have never used that option, so I don’t know if they still provide Tracking or Package info. But the only Issues I’ve had is, when Package arrives to the U.S. it’s held until “Custom” fees are paid. Buyee has called and E-mailed, besides the Shipping company also. You pay the Customs fee on the Shipper Website “DHL, Fed Ex” and they release the package for delivery in the U.S.

They always provide information of package, if your package was shipped the “International Shipping Number” is your Tracking Number. Go to “My Page” on Buyee Website an look for your Package Information. Looks like this below ⬇️

Check your E-mail that you used to Set up your Buyee Account, as Buyee uses DHL to ship from Japan to U.S. and DHL will charge you a Customs Fee before they Release package to you. They “DHL” should E-mail you for Payment or call “DHL” and get Status. Hope this Helps.
