  1. Can't make up my mind between Shimano Tranx 200, Daiwa Tatula 150 or Daiwa Tatula 200. Looking for some feedback or reviews. Also, what are you guys using for sub 2.5oz baits? Got any suggestions?
  2. I am looking to get a Spiralite Maverick rod and was wondering if anyone had any insights as to how the rod series fishes. I am interested in the 7'6" Extra Heavy Fast 17-30lb 0.50-4.50oz rod. I am mainly planning on using this rod for topwaters, rats, wakebaits, jointed swimbaits and glidebaits. Its rated as a fast action but I was wondering, in real world applications, does it actually fish a little slower than stated and therefore be able to fish treble hook baits properly also...? I like fishing straight braid or braid to a leader for most of my topwaters, rats, wakebaits, jointed swimbaits and glidebaits. So I need a rod that is a little slower and is more like a crankbait rod so I can keep fish pinned. Does anyone know if this particular rod is slow enough in action for treble hook baits and braided line? Also, the rod is rated up to 4.5oz. Does anyone know if the rod can truly throw baits up to 4.50oz or is it rated a little generous and would be more ideally suited for weights around 3.00-3.50oz...? More specifically, what's the maximum lure weight for this particular rod, if anyone has tested it out already?
  3. Does anyone know what the 'approximate' sink rates are for the Baitsanity Antidote Glide in both super slow sink and slow sink...? I can't find the information anywhere. TW does not list a sink rate. Unfortunately, Baitsanity's website does not list a sink rate also. Thinking of pulling the trigger and buying one. But I am a little hesitant though because I fish from the bank and sink rates are pretty important to me.
