   He bait and switched me. And ghosted me for over 2 weeks now. I answered his SU ad with a PHOTO of an NIB K9 Gold. I planned to donate the bait to a local bass derby for youth. But I get a K9 no box. My paypal description even said "NIB." So K9 was not charity gift-able. He gave me a bunch of excuses "I work long hours, family, I forgot, etc., etc." I said, "who doesn't work hard and have family. How you fixing this or other solution?" He never answered me back.

    He received a damaged package from ups after I shipped in perfect condition. I sealed in rod tube and bubble wrapped the top mid section and butt end of the rod. Ups is responsible for this not me. I have been trying to contact him to refund but after making a huge seem on multiple web pages bashing my character. He will not respond to my messages. I have tried. If he wants money returned he will need to ship me the rod before I send refund. I’m not responsible but this is out of hand
