  1. I just bought one from an eBay seller in California for around $550. I was happy to just know I’d be getting it.
  2. I got a 2-piece from them a few weeks ago and I can tell you it is one of the *nicest* swimming baits I own.
  3. You can see how I store it behind the graph in this photo:
  4. Seconded. It really is a power multiplier having the leverage set up the way it’s designed. And it folds in half. I keep mine on top of the splash guard and under both rod tip tabs on the front of my Vibe Shearwater 125. I’ll see if I can find a pic. Well, it isn’t in the photo because the pic is from a LOT of modifications ago, but you can see where I’m describing I store it. Best part is it doesn’t take up a rod holder that way.
  5. Putting a stake through your scupper holes is a fast way to crack and sink your kayak. It *seems* like the perfect solution, but it is a recipe for disaster. get a trolley, and you can either use a stakeout pole through the guide or an anchor attached to a long retractable dog leash with a quick/disconnect carabiner so you can easily disconnect if you get in trouble in current.
  6. Up on mgc. Hitch available in TK. Didn’t check what’s available in K9.
  7. $190 USD doesn’t seem too steep for something so substantial. But then there’s the rod you need to throw it. Yikes.
  8. I live in MD and fish all over. HMU if you ever want to join!
  9. Looking for a Deep Diver trout from last night’s drop. I screwed up and went back to change my shirt size after getting it in the cart, and got cart jacked. I have cash, and I would be willing to consider a trade. PM if interested.
  10. That’s why I bought an Uncharted Supply Co Rapid Raft. It packs down to the size of a folded up hoodie, and I can inflate it in 60 seconds, use a telescoping emergency canoe paddle, and use my knocker from directly above the snag. the raft and paddle were about $480 altogether, so if they save 2 or 3 expensive glides they’d have paid for themselves. it’s also nice being able to keep a “boat” in my car so I can paddle and fish whenever I want.
