That legend tournament will probably be a good rod for what you're wanting. Like most brands, not all, the cheaper lineups like the mojo is not anywhere near the quality of the legend series. St Croix are generally stiffer than other brands so I think the rating of 4 ounces is definitely underated. Should handle the baits you're looking at just fine.
