  1. Doomrider and dd blue gill glide worked great for me last season.
  2. Think about it like a big jerk bait. Jerk jerk jerk let it sit count down to 5 jerk jerk maybe pause longer next cadence. Slow slow slow
  3. I fish Q, toxic mink in the wind cranking for smallies is one of my favorites.
  4. I have a pair, I guess I can see peoples reaction but I guess I don’t really look at them as a fashion thing. I wear them on my boat, I have the strap on them you tighten so they don’t fall off when fighting a fish. They are a tool on sunny days they don’t come off. I have an awful tan line half time, but can honestly say the sun is zero issue. Cuts out reflection from water, no squinting, as well as I can see in the water even on cloudier days helping spot stumps and rocks I wouldn’t otherwise see. Looking back on my photos I have them on or around my neck in 90% of them. If I’m being completely honest I’ve never owned too much above throw away cheap sunglasses because I always loose them but I bought these last winter they don’t leave my fishing bag and hopefully it stays that way. sorry if long winded lol
  5. This right here is going to force me to have to go buy a sac pig lmao my man! the pink post was awesome. I honestly got so much information out of that. I appreciate his anger on that one, I went out rattle canned a Sherpa and stuck a few on my pinky Sherp lol
  6. Also second the throw rats in rain. Slow slow retrieve on top. Let them sit often. For me personally if I’m out before the sun comes up it’s rat on top till the sun is up.
  7. Micro mink from toxic remains one of my favorite. Ec rodent by reckless rodents is a great rat bait…toxic and reckless usually 130$ can usually find them on black market cheaper. If you want to get something with less rattle and noise black anchor fishing company has a great rat bait 80$ rt-fkr . Top is ec rodent next is black anchor then toxic mink. (Any excuse to post rat bite pics I’ll take lol)
  8. Good for you man! Takes awhile to get use to the angles of casting. At least it did for me. Low branches were my enemy last season lol good luck man!
