Ash showl

I just brought it out to throw a 3/8oz swim jog for stripper. It handled it well, but definitely needs something heavier. The sensitivity was pretty good for a partial glass rod but it got the job done

Nice the lightest I plan to throw on it is 3/8. If it can handle that than it should work.

My concern with the dragoon is the power of the rod. Is it stiff like a broom stick in your experience?

For those who own the Rod, what’s the lightest weight it’ll comfortably throw? Looking for something that can throw conventional too

Man I understand ish happens, but this could’ve been avoided. I should’ve just left this stick at home when I knew it was going to be cumbersome to transport with a car. Not sure how it happened, my guess is when we were grabbing our rods out the car to start fishing must’ve got snagged somewhere and my brother just keeping forcing it out. About 3 inches from the tip down snapped on my LDC. Luckily I brought two rods with me and wasn’t completely SOL. judging by the pics is this worth fixing?
