  1. Has anyone used this line? I just bought some in 50 lb test because I assume that it will cast further from being a smaller diameter at 50 lb test vs the 80 lb I have now (obviously), be smoother on the cast from being a 13 strand due to less friction, and because it has that gore core it will fish kind of like a fluorocarbon due to the neutral to somewhat sinking buoyancy level and let my glide baits get deeper. (my main hope is that the gore will eliminate that surface based bow that many of us braid anglers have to deal with which messes with retrieves) Any thoughts on if this is a true assumption or not, also I've had some really solid fisherman tell me that 50 lb braid with a leader can handle a deps 250 sized bait even on a backlash (they said that it can even handle heavy surfcasting gear), but I'd like to hear some other thoughts on that as well just to boost my confidence? (oh also I use an FG knot to a really long, maybe 25 ft, 25 lb tatsu shock leader) Sorry for being long winded, thanks SU
  2. Wha pound line are you guys using for your hinkles or mothers? Lots of controversy over 30 pound mono and 25 pound flourocarbon. Also, what reels do you guys use for them, and what’s the gear ratio. I like the conquest 400 but it’s all personal preference.
