CarolinaBoy4life
If you were just starting out swimbaiting, What are three bait's you would not go with out? I already ordered some Hudd's and I'm looking at Spro's now. What else would you recommend I add to my swimbait setup?
Ring King
1. Hudd (6" or 68) 2. 3:16 Baby Wake 3. River2Sea S-Waver or Gancraft 178 I'm fairly new to the game myself, about 8 months now, and the above lures (even though on the smaller size) are what gave me confidence to stay with the swimbaits and start throwing some of the bigger offerings. I actually won my first California tourney since moving here a few weeks ago by using the S-Waver and a Roman Made Negotiator. evans_usmc69
Where in NC are ya? I'd say start out with 68 & 8" hudds, 7-10" triple trouts, and 7" & 9" Slammers. All inexpensive baits that work for sure. Once you get the hang of those, then move up to the 3:16s, Deps Slide Swimmers, RM's, etc. Just watch the got 'em section, you'll see what's catching fish
