GrizzleyShad
I was fishing the bottom on a slow steady stop go retrieve. Felt a huge solid bite and a another bump swung fish on!!! im assuming it bit missed and got foul hooked on the set. Put up a great fight definitely had me sweating once I seen it was a damn carp with my citizen hanging from its face. Fg knot with 16# fluro held up well. Sad it wasn't th pb Bass I thought it was. Had another bite shortly after but no hook up. Shaddaddy1979, Inkedup fishing, DrewManFishing and 12 others 12

FishDr
Carp pull like freight trains and sometimes attack lures. Nice fish! I’ve been trying to catch a carp on a swimbait for years - I’ve twice come close with a G2 Shellcracker, but maybe I need a WCZ. Maybe with all the fish fry around right now they've earned a spot on the carps menu. FishDr

I've caught a carp on a 2.8" Keitech so that's definitely possible GrizzleyShad
