Mason Posted September 8, 2013 Report Share Posted September 8, 2013 It is a bit confusing. Technically they are both Sheepshead but the one I caught is referred to as the "California Sheepshead." I just looked it up on wikipedia because I didn't know that there was another fish called a sheepshead. Always learning new stuff on here. Well now we both learned something.
