It’s tip section is more than I personally like but, it can do treble hook baits if it’s your only choice it’s okay. One hell of a soft bait rod. Handle is really short which I don’t like makes it hard to cast lures. I would say the top is 4oz but if you make the handle longer it can throw 6oz.
