viola
I moved to Southwest Florida from SoCal almost two years ago now, and I've mostly fished bass since I have been in Naples with big swimbaits. I have caught lots of big snook, but I want to catch some on big swimbaits. Any saltwater fish I want to catch on swimbaits. If anyone had advice or tips for doing this, please let me know. Musky Chaser
https://snooksnacks.com/# The owner of this store does well on savage gear baits like the line thru trouts, glides, and even the pulse tails.
chevro1et
Just get out there and throw 'em. Lots of the SoCal saltwater guys catch Calico Bass on DRTs and Deps. Toxic Baits @Ceaser and DS Customz @Ds.attack.rat among others build HD versions of their baits for saltwater. Show the predator what they want to see, and they will take a crack at it. Whammy
I used to throw Spooltek swimbaits for snook, among other boot tail soft baits. Fishing around bridges and inlets, always got the best bites slow rolling them as close to the bottom as possible. Unfortunately, you lose a few baits this way, so I’d avoid anything too pricey. I’ve caught a bunch of fish on smaller paddle tails like DOA Cals as well, with smaller jig heads. NLBN (No Live Bait Needed) is super popular down here as well. They make some bigger soft bodied swims.
