I’ve heard people say put whatever the deeper lip is on it and crank it down and it’ll get hit. I do like his idea of a skittering surface walking bait with rapid reel inputs(herring lakes came to mind) but…..I do agree that the video shed almost 0 light on why you’d want to use the Hi float. If anything, it made me less curious about grabbing one if THAT is the best they could do for a “why the hi float is slept on” style of video. If you don't like yours I'd gladly pick them up for a deal. Haha I typically like the hi like it is in the video when the shad are boiling. Otherwise I like to put weights on different places and I can make the bait look like a dying fish to a knocking suspended bait fairly easily.
