Had these painted because of the gizzard shad in some of the water I fish. I’ve seen wake walkers and other baits painted gill, perch, shad, etc. Same with other wake or cranks. If I didn’t have too many I’d snag them in a heartbeat. Might be because he didn’t hand model them.
