Lexa 300

I bought the Diawa lexa 300 to use for throwing bigger baits for bigger bass. I got more than I hoped for from this reel that I hoped would be a good "starter" for swimbaiting. The Diawa Lexa 300 has caught me tons of bass on the 6 inc baits but the last 6 months I've really dialed in on swimbaits and began to throw 8 inch hudds and I gotta say it handles outstanding! Overall I think it's the best investment I have ever made in fishing. Now that the lexa 400 has come out I'm hoping it can be a reel that can handle bigger baits like the tylure, triple trout and savage gear swimbaits. If anyone owns one may I have some input on them? I'm wondering if it's worth the money to buy a lexa 400 or another lexa 300

Just FYI, you can get a complete spool assembly for this reel from Daiwa for about $30. They are easy to swap out so you can change your line out in about a minute or so.

Good to know. I bought a whole nother Lexa so I could have two types of line.
