That add is totally deceptive, it's listed as new condition which is a lie, he opened it and removed the bait. The seller has 0 integrity, if he did, he would have made it a buy it now for a few bucks, not set up an auction with a deceptive picture in hopes of f%#king over a fellow fisherman.
