Hi, I am looking to make a swimbait out of wood and was wondering the cheapest way to make a decent multi (2-3) jointed bait.

Go to home depot and grab a 1x4 piece of poplar(1foot long) should only be about 4bucks, grab a stanley knife and an exacto knife and get online to lureparts.com and they have stainless hangers(1.5 or 2inch), with shipping is also around 5 bucks i think, and also grab some lead weights from a tackle shop and some wood filler, shouldnt be more than $25 or so

If you can, save up for a Dremel! I have one and it's my workhorse! I'm going to be getting a bandsaw, drill press, and Oscilating spindle sander soon! But if you can save up for a Dremel, it will make it worth your while!
