depocs
Not an answer to your question but, i have one hudd (of 6) that formed a bent tail from being in a hot car. I hated it and tried to boil it and everything, with no luck. I decided to fish with it anyways as it only swims slightly crooked, and one day it got slammed and I put several fish in the boat with it in an hour. Since then that hudd has caught more fish for me then any other hudd i've owned. However, that is probably because its my goto hudd whenever i want to throw a hudd. G3bassin
Have you tried bending the weight inside the hudd down at the bottom? It is basically like tuning a crankbait.

Same here, had an 8" rof5 that listed to one side and slightly swam to its right, but it was the most productive Hudd I had ever owned until I lost it to a snag. So, unless yours does not swim at all, I would still fish it, it might surprise you.
